This targeted body-sculpting workout borrows from a combination
of yoga, dance and Pilates moves to trim your waist, increase your flexibility and carve out your muscles while burning fat. The 55 minute class will work all your major muscle groups at a ballet barre and on mats, with stretching in between. Light weights, props and mats provided.
